Why This Is an Associate Level Seat

Product roles are rare in Pakistan, and most people who want one never get a first real seat. This is that seat. You'll work alongside our Product Partner on live client products, learning the craft on real work, with someone senior on every engagement.

The Role

• Solve Problems Across Several Streams: prioritize, and keep Discovery and Delivery moving for the client and for us.
• Work With Strong Personalities: fit into a client's team fast and adjust how you communicate to the room.
• Support the Senior on the Engagement: work with our Product Partner on the client's goals, Discovery and testing.
• Tell the Product's Story: who it's for, what problem it solves, and how we'll know it worked, written so the client and the team agree on it.
• Own the Follow Through: the backlog, the recaps, the decision log, and the dates the team commits to.

You'll Do Well Here If

• You bring structure to messy situations and leave a clean plan behind.
• You stay positive and steady when a project gets hard.
• You're direct, kind, and good at giving and taking feedback.
• You can move from an engineer's question to a Founder's priorities in the same hour.
• You think about the business: money, growth, and which bets matter.
• You have around 2 years of product, project or delivery experience.
